Laboratory Fume Hood — The fume hood is the cornerstone of laboratory safety protection. XICHENG LAB offers a comprehensive range of laboratory fume hoods in various specifications, including fixed, mobile, sash-operated, and total-exhaust models. Constructed from premium stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, our fume hoods are equipped with intelligent face velocity control systems that hold face velocity within its working range as the sash moves. Containment depends on the installation, the exhaust system and how the hood is used as much as on the hood itself, so the design values are confirmed at commissioning rather than assumed.
Laboratory Furniture — We provide complete laboratory furniture solutions, including laboratory benches (central tables, edge benches), reagent racks, equipment cabinets, lockers, and ventilation duct systems. All furniture is custom-manufactured using acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-proof, and heat-resistant materials. VAV / CAV Air Valves — Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Constant Air Volume (CAV) control systems are essential for laboratory energy efficiency and safety. XICHENG LAB’s proprietary VAV/CAV air valve products respond in real time to changes in fume hood face velocity, automatically adjusting airflow supply to match the actual demand while maintaining the design pressure relationship. Valve Actuator — Our valve actuators are widely deployed in HVAC piping systems and laboratory ventilation control networks. Manufacturing & Production Bases
XICHENG LAB manufactures through its own plants rather than trading on third-party capacity. Production is organised across four sites in Guangdong Province: factories in Dongguan, Foshan and Huizhou, plus our main production base in Shaoguan.
- Dongguan plant — fume hood and laboratory furniture production.
- Foshan plant — airflow control: air valves, dampers and actuator assembly.
- Huizhou plant — PP/PVC duct and ventilation component fabrication.
- Shaoguan main production base — our primary base, handling the core manufacturing load and volume orders.
Because the plants are our own, one order can be built as one matched system: the same material and airflow control standard applies across the fume hood, the ductwork and the controls, which removes the compatibility gaps that appear when a project is assembled from several unrelated suppliers.
