Laboratory Pressure Control Systems for Room Containment Laboratory pressure control systems monitor or regulate the pressure relationship between a controlled room and its reference space. The product range separates sensing, pressure-loop control, and coordinated room airflow control so that a designer can choose the scope required for a laboratory, clean area, isolation room, or other directional-airflow application. A pressure display alone does not control the room, and a controller cannot maintain pressure without suitable supply and exhaust devices.
Match the Product to the Required Control Layer The HVAC Differential Pressure Sensor provides a pressure measurement for monitoring or an external control system. The Laboratory Room Pressure Controller uses pressure feedback to coordinate supply and exhaust control. The Laboratory Room Controller adds airflow tracking and room-level control functions where the project sequence requires them. Final performance depends on sensor location, reference tubing, valve or damper authority, fan response, door operation, control tuning, and site commissioning.
Information Required for a Pressure-Control Review Define the desired room relationship, pressure setpoint or operating band, reference space, sensor range, tubing route, supply and exhaust airflow schedule, room leakage assumptions, door sequence, control-device type, command and feedback signals, alarm delays, BMS protocol, emergency mode, and fail-state requirements. Include the room plan, airflow diagram, point list, and sequence of operation.
Submit these documents to the XICHENG engineering team to identify the required sensor, controller, airflow-control interfaces, and commissioning checks for each room.
